Wolfrick's Trading Post
Welcome to my little slice of the free-market economy. My
goal is to offer you high-quality products and services, at a fair price,
with excellent customer service.
Currently, my products are aimed predominantly at the home gunsmith and firearms enthusiast, whether you wish to display them as
unusual artwork or need the dimensions for building your 80% receiver castings or even building from scratch.
We are constantly searching for more high-quality items to offer for sale, and are constantly working on bringing you new products and services.
We've just added the 1911 Pistol frame, custom CAD drawn in-house; this is a product available exclusively from us!
If you own the rights to drawings you think we'd be interested in, please bring them to my attention.
Thanks for your support, and please
let me know if you have any suggestions

CAD-drawn Government Model M1911A1 "Colt.45" Pistol Receiver 2-Sheet Drawing Set
I created this CAD drawing based on a set of 1936 Rock Island Arsenal ordnance drawings.
These source drawings are copies of copies of shop-floor blueprints, and are barely legibile in places.
I painstakingly re-created the receiver drawings from scratch, following the original layout while presenting
every feature and dimension in crisp, detailed format of a CAD drawing. This is my original artwork; I am the draughtsman.
Note: If you are the first customer to report any error, I'll send you a free copy of the next revision of the drawing. Email me!
Here's a detail view from the M1911 CAD drawing.
This is a two-sheet full-scale measured CAD drawing of the Government "Colt .45" Pistol
Receiver Blueprint, printed by a high quality architectural pen plotter on two sheets of
D-size media (about 36 inches by 24 inches), full 1:1 scale!
The fine-line printing is done on a pen plotter, so all the information
is present and crisp, and all the dimensions perfectly readable. This is
not a photocopy or reproduction! Each plot is an original, with all the
detail fully presented.
There are presently two choices of media: Vellum and Engineering Bond Paper.
Vellum is a durable, beautiful translucent cotton-based material which simulates the look and feel of parchment.
Engineering Bond is a durable bright white clay-coated paper.

Receiver, printed by a high quality architectural pen plotter on

AK47 Receiver Drawing/Template
This is a full-scale measured CAD drawing of the AK47 Receiver,
printed by a high quality architectural pen plotter on
D-size media (about 36 inches by 24 inches), full 1:1 scale!
This blueprint represents the sheet metal "stamped"
version of the receiver, not the "milled" version. From this blueprint, an
AK47 receiver could be fabricated from sheet metal stock; no "stamping" or frame
flat is required. Heat-treatment instructions are included on the print
itself. One of these drawings could be bonded to the metal to act as a template for cutting.
(though I recommend obtaining two if you plan to use one as a template, and glue
the template to thin card stock or bristol board, rather than to the sheet
metal directly).
There are presently two choices of media: Vellum and Engineering Bond Paper.
Vellum is a durable, beautiful translucent cotton-based material which simulates the look and feel of parchment.
Engineering Bond is a durable bright white clay-coated paper.
AK47 Receiver Drawing/Template on Vellum
Part Number: AK47RV Price $15.00 each
AK47 Receiver Drawing/Template on Engineering Bond
Part Number: AK47REB Price $5.00 each
